Grace Manor Inc is a God-filled intentional community, implementing a holistic approach that will meet essential human needs encompassing shelter, vocational training, and physical and mental health services. Grace Manor Inc is F.L.U.I.D. ~ Fulfilling Life’s Undeniably Important Decisions! The charge is to enable individuals to make healthy life choices. This can only be accomplished when a person has been educated and/or provided with basic life skills such as occupational training, money management, running of a household, purchasing and preparing food, washing clothing, maintaining safe housing, etc.
Cheryl Trzcinski
President
Cheryl Trzcinski is a recent addition to Jonesborough, Tennessee. Born in Connecticut she and her husband Dan, relocated to Jonesborough in 2022 to enjoy the comradery of like-minded people and openly live their faith. Remaining in CT are 5 children and 6 grandchildren. After spending 28 years in the medical field, Cheryl became the co-founder and CEO of Master’s Manna, a non-profit in CT, providing basic human needs to the most vulnerable population. The organization served nearly 5,000 individuals yearly. This experience taught her that EVERY individual has value and worth. God planted the seed, watered and nurtured Master’s Manna to maturity. God is asking Cheryl once again to step out in faith and be willing to say “Here I am, Lord. Use me.” She is heeding His voice! She is an active member of Grace Meadows Church where she is involved with the Children’s Ministry and an active participant in Women Of Grace.
Gail Gouge
Board Member
Gail Gouge has lived in Johnson City, Tennessee for over 48 years. Born in North Carolina she and her husband, Ron moved to Johnson City in 1976 where they raised their 2 children and now have 4 grandchildren. Gail is a long-time real estate agent serving buyers and sellers for almost 30 years in northeast Tennessee. She is an active founding member of Grace Meadows Church where she is involved with the Senior Ministry, Greeting Committee and active participant in Women Of Grace. She and her husband, Ron, have had the honor of being involved for several years with some great non-profit organizations including Appalachian Service Project, The Well, Doe River Gorge Ministries, and Young Life and now serving on the board for Grace Manor
Justin Mizelle
Board Member
Justin Mizelle has lived in East Tennessee with his wife Susan since 2011. They have been blessed with a cherished son Hugh, who is full of energy and life. Both Susan and Justin have practiced medicine in our region caring for our communities. They have a heart for ministry and missions both local and international. The Mizelle’s are very involved in church, worship, and seeing the church extend beyond its doors! He is very excited to serve with Grace Manors Board.
Peggy Linthicum
Secretary
Peggy Linthicum has lived in multiple states and countries throughout the world. Born in Penn Yan, NY she joined the United States Air Force in 1985. She has settled with her husband, Ed, here in Limestone, TN where her 2 children and 4 grandchildren live. Peggy is a retired Major from the USAF with 32 years of military experience in Logistics Management, Nursing (Military and Civilian) and Education (Military and Civilian). Military nursing experience was in Neonatal Intensive Care and Transport, Women’s Health, Pediatrics and combat nursing to Iraq and Afghanistan. Civilian nursing experience was in NICU, Women’s Health, Newborn and Pediatrics patients. Education experience was as the AF NICU Program course director and educator, ETSU clinical nurse educator in Pediatrics and Sunday school teacher for infants up to 5th grade. Peggy has degrees in Logistics Management (Associates), Nursing (Associates and Bachelors) and Management (Masters). As a past member of Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, Keuka College Nursing Honor Society she is currently on hiatus from nursing. She is enjoying her grandchildren and currently serves on the board, as secretary, for Grace Manor Inc.
Tom Foster
Board Member
Tom is a Jonesborough, TN native. He graduated from David Crockett High School in 1984 then proceeded to marry his wife, Kim of 30 years! Tom and Kim celebrate their 2 children Kaylie Foster and Nicholas Foster. As a man of faith, integrity, and staunch supporter of his community he is a founding member of Grace Meadows Church and owner of Foster Signs.
Matt Nordin
Board Member
Matt Nordin is a world traveler where he gained a vast skill set. He, his wife Claire and their children arrived in Tennessee in 2022 when Matt began his own business, High Caliber Home Inspection, working as a certified Tennessee Home Inspector. This allows Matt to balance professional fulfillment with cherished family time. His desire is to use his diverse skills and experiences to empower others.
Lisa Friday
Board Treasurer
Lisa Friday, Branch Manager of Renasant Bank in Jonesborough, TN, has a heart to serve. Lisa transferred to East Tennessee in December of 2022 from Fairhope, AL. In the past, she drove for Meals on Wheels, raised money for the Heart Association and the Cancer Society, and chaired Tree of Bears at her church for over 10 years. Tree of Bears provided 3 wonderful Christmas gifts per child for over 100 Foster Children in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. When Lisa met Cheryl and Dan Trzcinski and heard about Grace Manor, Inc. she was hooked immediately. Lisa is excited to use her talents to serve the Lord!
Jac Gurley

Jac Gurley is a 15-year-old Sophomore at Daniel Boone High School. He is active at Grace Meadows Church and is proud to be part of the Grace Manor Board of Directors.
